Bel-Air Housing

Bel-Air Housing is a project to vitalise a working-class district from the 1960s, concentrating 60 apartments. First, the development entails renovating the facades and windows of the five existing buildings thermally. It also requires the elevation of these blocks and constructing a new building at the site’s centre. While burying the parking lots, Bel-Air Housing brings a new landscape development and imagines a renewal with neighbourhood life.
