Bambou Residence consists of 46 dwellings. Along with the Bambou Residence, it participates in developing an urban zone in an old industrial district. The building designed by our founding partners as part of group8 echoes nature from the neighbouring park.
Large balconies allow continuous indoor and outdoor spaces. On the ground floor, inhabitants enjoy private gardens. Glass panels in five shades of greens show on the facades. These modular elements are mobile on the balconies' front for inhabitants to operate. This scheme brings the building a random, pixelated outlook. The attic offers duplex apartments with a waved appearance, just as in the Bambou Residence. It displays aluminium sheeting, leaving the building's top to fade into the sky.
