Pictet Bank

Pictet Bank is a competition proposal for the Pictet Group's new building in Vernet. FdMP proposed a unitary and recognisable object that could ground the identity of this growing district.

FdMP designed this block as one object divided into different volumes to match the programmatic requirements. The new volumes' shape echoes that of the bank's existing building. Each offset stood as an opportunity to provide terraces facing significant signals of Geneva's landscape. With its restrained and unitary expression, the building translates timeless stability, sobriety, and quality values. Its materiality – a stone envelope on a wood framework- expresses the building's sustainability. Inside, a large hall allows managing circulation flows from different public spaces.
