In collaboration with the Protestant Church of Geneva, FdMP was given the opportunity to imagine the temple of the 21st century as part of an innovative project combining living and spirituality. Nestled in Geneva, close to the CEVA train station, this project is set in a delicate context, with its location in the heart of an urban block, next to two majestic trees that we took care to preserve.
Sculpted by the natural surroundings, the building blends harmoniously into the existing landscape. Its geometry is inspired by the Huguenot cross, creating a spatial composition that resonates with the temple itself. Our vision for this project is to create a building that is sustainable, user-friendly and respectful of the environment, while honoring the rich past of this unique location.
At FdMP, we are proud to contribute to the evolution of Geneva's architectural heritage by designing a 21st-century temple that combines tradition and modernity, while preserving the spiritual values we hold dear.
