Natural History Museum

For this extension and renovation of Geneva’s natural history museum, FdMP proposed to add an oval building in terracotta for the collections’ repository through its competition design. The building lies homogeneously in the park surrounded by cedars and reflects the museum’s missions with its shape and materials. Its position between exhibition and research spaces increases the building’s functionality and offers permeability amongst its many activities.
